Clients are billed for time spent working on their case at the following
rates:
- Donald Armstrong $235/hour (trial rate is $275/hour)
- Research Attorney $165/hour
- Paralegals $75/hour
Clients are also billed for costs and fees associated with their case.
Clients are billed monthly and are expected to pay in full unless special
payment arrangements have been made. Advance payments are held in trust to
pay fees and trial costs.
In some cases, clients do not have access to cash until the conclusion of
the case. Special arrangements may be made in these circumstances. You
may be asked to sign a lien or other secured interest.
Mastercard and Visa payments are accepted.
