Like many Oregonians, Don is a self-made man with an independent nature.
The youngest of nine children growing up in Bandon, Don learned the rewards of hard work at a young age, and was the first in his family to set his sights on college.
After earning an undergraduate degree and completing a tour of duty in Viet Nam, he returned home and worked in mills to support his family while attending law school.
He graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law with top honors in 1973, and built a firm of nine lawyers in Eugene.
Today he is a sole practitioner serving a diverse client base. Families rely on Don's good judgment for both their domestic and business needs.
After 25 years in Lane County Courts, he remains an adept trial lawyer whose creativity and imagination translate to successful resolutions.
